Dear Ms. Pretorius
Firstly, please accept my sincere apology for the unfortunate experience with one of our products. We always appreciate feedback from our customers.
Although we have an in-line camera in place to detect if a bottle was missed during the corking process, it quite obviously failed us in this instance!
Please rest assured that we will take every effort to get the best quality product to you and will use the information in this complaint to improve our systems and eliminate this problem from happening again.
We will contact you shortly to gather more information about this incident.
Kind Regards
Annemarie Hume

Morning All.
Just to say all good wine here. Anyway what I got is a Welmoed Koop Wynkelder Cabernet Sauvignon 1984 no 360 in its cardboard box. Given to me by my dad a few years ago.
Beside drinking it and not being to knowledgable about wines. What’s it worth now?
Regards
Nick Smuts
Dear Nick-
Thank you again for your mail. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to advise you on the value of the wine as it would be affected by the condition of the wine, storage, etc besides the intangible market dynamics that always have an impact on these kinds of things. Perhaps it would be best to contact a wine auctioneer as we do not specialize in this sort of trade.
